Considering external market, we strong recommend that the Tauari Claro hardwood is the chosen hardwood to manufacture high quality products. Tauari Claro is a strong, noble and fine hardwood that cannot be compared (in quality and value) with PineWood, Cedrorama, Etc. Please, when comparing quotations between different manufactures, always ask for the hardwood Common Name and Scientific Name, so you can compare apples to apples. Unfortunately sometimes companies make quotations with one hardwood and deliver another one, cheaper and with less quality, taking advantage of not hardwood specialized clients. Be aware of quotations that are a lot cheaper than others one, because is almost sure that quality is probably lost. Cheap hardwoods used in outside doors and windows are subject of cracking and warping, and are a lot less secure because are a lot weaker.

If the quotation is approved: you will receive the contract and proforma documents by e-mail to be reviewed and approved. You will receive also, for review and approval, a detailed order specification document, as the ones in the right. If all documents are reviewed and approved, we will send it by mail to you. After you sign them (two signed contract copies) and send it back to us (one copy of the contract, signed), your order will be put into production as soon as the negotiated initial deposit is confirmed.

How The Business Can Flow, A Proposal

1. Once you have chosen between standard order or customized order: send us the respective required information (above);
2. We will send you, by e-mail, a quotation with all included and not included items, time to deliver and values involved;
3. Once an agreement is reach, we will send you a complete and detailed product specification document, including how the items will be assembled in the pallets, how they will be distributed inside the container(s), two contract copies, signed, and the proforma;
4. As soon as all the files are reviewed and we receive your ok, we will be sending, by mail, all the mentioned files. When the initial deposit is confirmed and we receive a signed copy of the contract back, your order will start to be manufactured;
5. When your order is finished, you will be receiving, by e-mail, all information necessary to receive the goods.
We would like to invite you, to come visit our offices, showroom and factory, before or after the order is confirmed.
